Los Alamos Schools FCU has selected Sharetec as its data processing partner for the future.   The credit union has converted to Sharetec effective today,  July 1, 2008.  According to its CEO, Matt Schmidt; one of the key reasons for chosing Sharetec was "In addition to meeting our service needs, the system outperformed every system we tested. We were very impressed by the efficiency of retrieving member information and intuitive design of the system."

Southwest Oklahoma FCU, located in Lawton, Oklahoma has selected Data Systems and Sharetec as its data processing partner.  Southwest Oklahoma will convert to Sharetec in November 1, 2008.  With almost 10,000 members, the credit union chose Sharetec after a very competitive process.  One of the comments from Emmett Meraz, CEO highlights the decision:

  "The system is highly functional, built on a very efficient and expandable open architecture platform, and is very user friendly.  Just as important, the system’s platform is relatively new and not subject to any major re-writes or a complete overhaul in order to stay competitive."

The  Data Systems Customer Resource Center (CRC) is now available for customer access.  You must complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement before an ID and password is issued.  Agreements were mailed out this week.  You can complete and return by faxing to 254-772-1168.

One of the newest features from Sharetec is the Member E-Document module.  Now you can attach membership documents to the Document Manager.  Capturing and viewing documents is as simple as a single mouse click.  In addition, you can attach documents saved in other applications such as MS Word.
